Schoolplex is a cloud school management system for admissions, learner records, attendance, fees, assessments, timetables and school communications. It also includes a collection of educational resource links for exams, lesson plans, schemes of work and other teaching materials.

Create a school account, then add your academic years, terms, classes and subjects. Add or import learner records, organise fee structures and invite your school team with the appropriate roles.

Yes. School administrators can link staff members to their accounts and assign class or subject responsibilities. Those assignments determine access to relevant attendance and assessment tasks. School roles control the wider workspace.

Yes. A school can invite parents and guardians to view the learners they are authorised to access. The parent portal includes shared notices, fee records, attendance, published reports and published timetables.

The current workspace records payments received by the school and allocates them to fee accounts. It supports receipts and statements. Recording a payment does not itself charge a card, initiate an M-Pesa transaction or transfer money.

Schoolplex lets your team organise useful resource links by grade, subject and term. You can explore Kenyaplex for exams, marking schemes, lesson plans and schemes of work. Purchases and access to content on Kenyaplex are managed separately on Kenyaplex.

You can organise learning areas and assessment books, record scores and performance levels, add teacher feedback and prepare term reports. Review the report format against your school's requirements before issuing reports. Schoolplex does not claim official curriculum certification.

Yes. Learner import tools support preparing and reviewing records before they are added. Your school can also enter learners individually and record opening fee balances when setting up accounts.

The cloud workspace is accessed through a web browser and requires a connection to the hosted system. Printed invoices, receipts and reports can be shared separately after they are created.
