  • Thirty days to get started. Your school starts with a trial when you create an account.
  • Choose how you renew. Create a monthly or annual invoice from Subscription & billing.
  • Clear payment status. Verified payments activate the subscription and produce a printable receipt.
  • Seven days’ grace. After expiry, a grace period gives your team time to renew. Records remain available in read-only mode afterward.
What counts as an active learner?

An active learner is a learner marked active in your school’s records. The subscription workspace shows your current count and recommends a plan before you create an invoice. Choose the appropriate learner band at renewal; extra learners do not interrupt your existing paid access.

Do we pay for each teacher or parent?

No. Plans are charged per school by learner band. Staff and parent accounts are included, with permissions controlling access to school records.

How can our school pay?

Your subscription invoice shows the payment methods configured for Schoolplex. M-Pesa prompts are available when enabled, and bank payments are reviewed against received funds before activation. Contact us if payment instructions are unavailable.

Can we access records after the subscription expires?

Yes. Following the seven-day grace period, your school keeps read-only access and available exports. Renewal restores changes to school records.

Are premium content and SMS included?

The workspace includes resource organisation and links. Kenyaplex content access and purchases are managed separately. SMS is also separate; the subscription does not include an SMS credit balance.
