Schoolplex uses school membership, team roles and learner access grants to control how people work with school records.
Roles & teaching responsibilities
School roles control administrative and finance functions. Teacher assignments further scope class and subject work, including attendance and assessment access.
Authorised parent access
Parent invitations connect guardians to specific learner records. Parents see the information the school makes available through their authorised portal access.
Account protection
Passwords are hashed through the account system. Sign-in includes lockout after repeated unsuccessful attempts, and forms use protection against cross-site request forgery.
Traceable financial records
Payment allocation and correction workflows preserve the connection between received funds, invoices and learner accounts. Reversals retain the financial record rather than silently removing it.
Responsible hosting
Production setup requires HTTPS and protects application configuration outside the public website folder. Server maintenance, restricted database access, backups and restore checks are part of operating a hosted school system.
